PhodavServerstop

Stops serving DAV requests.

The DAV handler is unregistered from the SoupServer, the requests already in progress are cancelled, and the lock expiry sweep is stopped. The references held by the cancelled requests keep the server alive until they complete, but no new request is accepted.

Unlike disposing the server, this does not wait for the outstanding requests, so it can be called from the main context while the server is busy. It must be called on the thread running the main context of the SoupServer. A stopped server cannot be restarted.
